Email Setup Due to recent security issues with Outlook mail and also the incredible amount of spam that is infiltrating our servers we have made the decision to further lock down the mail server by requiring SMTP authentication. This will illuminate the possibility of unscrupulous spammers ever being able to illegally use a users name to spam others and will minimize the possibility of them using malware or other spam related tools to access the system. This combined with added filters and scanners will keep us far more secure.
