Integra Mail Abuse Policies, Information and Services.

Integra Communications takes every step possible to discourage and curtail mail abuse.  We maintain a strict policy regarding the use of this server and what is permitted in or out.  While we do not sensor mail, filters are put in place that are designed to catch known spammers as well as discard any mail that comes through here bearing their signature.  We will NOT tolerate spamming of any kind or fraudulent use of this servers resources.  

If any person(s) using this system is found in violation of our policy immediate termination of their accounts will follow.

If you are a user of this system and are experiencing mail abuse please forward the offending e-mail to abuse@integracom.net.  We will take the necessary steps to eliminate the problem. We would also encourage our users to log into their accounts via web mail and set domain processing rules to their accounts in order to block and filter such mail from ever reaching them again.  This can also be done locally via your Outlook or Netscape email clients.

If you are a user that has received spam that you believe to come from our system please forward that e-mail to our abuse department with the full header attached. 

Please look back in the future for a full look into email headers and how to determine where they are actually coming from.  

If you are a company or a user that has been getting bounces from this server than e-mail support@integracom.net with your company name, phone and a valid contact along with a legitimate reason and proof that any one of our users has subscribed to your mailing lists. 

Integracom refuses to accept any pornmail of any kind to it's servers residing on this network.  It will be filtered and refused.

Integra Communications wishes to offer our services to any business or ISP that is having problems with SPAM or open mail relay.  At this time the fee for this service will be waved and considered our part in helping the internet community become a safe and enjoyable place for all of us.

In addition to these services we offer parental guidance in content filtering for internet and mail through our technical assistance program at no charge.
